Social connections impact health and are as important as sleep, good nutrition, exercise and not smoking. Join Rachel Evans of Silver Linings for Seniors, Inc. to learn how to create new friendships and relationships. Rachel will discuss how to tell when a relationship has become unhealthy, ways to grow a stronger friendship and how to handle a loss of a relationship. The program will also address how to find new friends, discover similar interests with someone and change an acquaintance into a friendship.
Silver Linings for Seniors, Inc. are a team of counseling professionals located in Cary to help people live life to its fullest, on their own terms. Rachel Evans is a Marketing Relationship Specialist.
