2022 Good Deeds Day Family Volunteer Projects
Thank you for submitting a volunteer project for the 2022 Good Deeds Day- we look forward to supporting your organization and community during our annual volunteer day!
This form is for non-profits that would like to participate in our Good Deeds Day program for families with school age (K-6) children. We invite you to bring information about your nonprofit organization that can be easily conveyed to families with young children. Photos, posters, flyers and even games will work well. Please have a small project that children can do to help your organization. This could be cards, a craft or assembling a small kit. If you need volunteers to bring items (clothes, books, etc.) that would help your nonprofit, please indicate this in the form below. The project should take children between 10 –15 minutes to complete.
Families will be invited to move through the various stations between 2:30 – 4:30. They will be self-paced. If your project requires a lot of supervision or explanation, please plan to bring multiple volunteers/staff members. You will be provided with 1-2 six foot tables for your display.
The event will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion on the David Kahn Community Campus in North Raleigh from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2022.
