Jewish Family Services provides professional, affordable and compassionate case management services to adults, families and older adults. Our social workers will work with you to feel empowered, to maximize the quality of your life, and reach your full potential with dignity, hope, and strength.

Services include:

  • Care Management for older adults with a focus on quality aging to maintain their highest level of independence and dignity while remaining safe. To learn more about Care management and other services for older adults click here. We are proud to offer case management services to older adults in both Wake County and in New Bern, NC.

    The Case Management programs in Wake County and New Bern are funded with a grant from Carolina Foundation for Jewish Seniors along with its commitment to enriching the lives of Jewish adults in North and South Carolina. Carolina Foundation for Jewish Seniors is a non-profit foundation committed to enriching the lives of Jewish adults residing in North and South Carolina through programs, activities and organizations that share their mission in accordance with Jewish values, practices and beliefs.

  • Case Management for adults and families include assessments, case management plans, referrals and community resources. Our case manager also assists with emergency financial assistance and food assistance (including food pantry and Mitzvah Meals).
