JFS Senior Connections: How To Talk To Your Healthcare Provider

  • Beth Meyer Synagogue 504 Newton Road Raleigh, NC, 27615 United States (map)

Communicating with your health care provider is critical to your health and well-being.  However, most health care providers schedule short visits making it more challenging to do so. This program will explore what you can do to ensure a productive visit with your healthcare provider.

Join Abby Palmer, JFS Senior Services Social Worker, to discuss how to prepare for your appointment, how to communicate during your visit as well as how to follow up after you have seen your healthcare provider.

This program is free, but registration is required by October 4 to help us plan properly. Please consider a donation of $5/person to JFS.

For more information or questions, please contact: JFS Program Coordinator, Debbie Ross at 919-676-2200, ext. 129 or email Debbie.Ross@ShalomRaleigh.org

PLEASE NOTE: If making a donation, you will put your payment information in AFTER you hit the submit button at the bottom.
