JFS Senior Connections: Letting Go and Moving On

  • Chabad Center of Raleigh 7400 Falls of Neuse Road Raleigh, NC, 27615 United States (map)

Older adults often face unique challenges that affect their physical and mental health. You may confront negative stereotypes about aging that have been shown to directly affect health and function.  Holding on to resentments into old age can also result in mental and physical damage over time.

The good news is that positive thinking skills and proactive strategies can offset the negative impact of ageism and help you let go of resentments.
