JFS Fill The Pantry Challenge- Schools

Fill the Pantry.jpg

The covid19 Pandemic has created a surge in need for food. Since March 2020, our food assistance programs have provided more than 100 people in our community with over 10,000 meals! Our Food Pantry is mainly sustained by community donations of food, and we’d like your help so we can meet the growing need.

From September thru December 2020, we are providing a variety of opportunities to fill the pantry. We hope you’ll choose to participate and fill our pantry. You can find what the most urgent items needed on our Wish List.

During the month of October, we challenge our local Religious Schools and Preschools to Fill The Pantry:

Are you on a parent committee in one of the Jewish schools and would like to have a collection this month? Please contact us and we'll set one up!

Beth Meyer Religious School Challenge

Drop off food at one of the collection bins at Beth Meyer Synagogue during the in-person Religious School events between 10/4-7. More details will be coming from Cathy Kaplan!
